CrossFit CrossAxed is a nice and friendly place to train. Quick but intense workout. It's tough, fun, challenging and so rewarding when training on a regualr basis. I love this style of training. How cool is it to be able to do pull-ups or handstand push-ups and feel fitter then ever! What great satisfaction it is to Rx'd a workout, even if its just for one session....

RobRob Noy I am the proud owner of CrossFit CrossAxed, I believe in helping people and have spent over 10 years in the fitness industry attempting to do so. It wasn't until 2 years ago that I discovered CrossFit, which has become one of the dominating factors in my life due to the way it helps me to get more from you. Until converting all of my clients to CrossFit I struggled with getting them to be consistant. Now every member here shares in the spoils of great results and regular PB's (personal bests). I have been a professional firefighter for nearly a decade and CrossFit has given me a great ability to be even more efficent and effective in my career, which has included being deployed internationally as part of an Australian Urban Search and Rescue team, attending various intrastate disasters (floods, cyclones e.t.c) and not to mention the hundreds of calls when on shift in Townsville and later in my career in Brisbane. I love to train but I enjoy the benefits CrossFit gives my other interests, like surfing and climbing. CrossFit gives me the ability to try anything I want to in life and for me thats whats its all about, no restrictions.........

OllieOliver Wilson Crossfit has made one of the most considerable contributions to my life, both physically and mentally. I was one of the many sufferers of a classic ‘Globo’ program. Three sets of 10, chest day, back day and legs day with a decent prescription of ‘abs’ to keep the mid section in check. I don’t refer to programs like this with a sense of arrogance or patronisingly, the main reason people are stuck in programs like this is a lack of education of anything different. After meeting Rob and training with him a few times I received the education so many people would do well with. It didn’t come on books or foolscap, it came in sweat, hard work, and a massive realisation that what I had been doing was definitely not the best way to train. Eighteen months down the track, I am 100% Crossfit (which is a funny reference, because nothing is 100% Crossfit, as Crossfit isn't 100% anything...), strict Paleo and haven’t looked back. I am fitter, faster, leaner, stronger, more focussed, have more energy and have a higher standard in every way I conduct myself. Coaching Crossfit is one of the greatest opportunities I have been given, and it has assisted my Personal Training infinitely. Biomechanics, injury and Human Movement are great passions of mine as well, and I am currently studying for a Bachelor in Physiotherapy. Crossfit has been invaluable in helping me understand the concepts behind all these topics. Do yourself a favour and come on in, our gym is nothing like a gym you are used to. Our community is more welcoming than any you have met, and we all suffer together. Whether you are a top performing athlete, a 9-5 office worker, a full-time parent, elderly, injured or any other category you may put yourself into, we will be able to help you achieve goals up until now you have only dreamed of. You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And you are the one who'll decide where to go.... Dr. Seuss, Oh! The Places You'll Go!
