Which CrossFit Gym Should I Train At? It is important to understand that CrossFit is not a franchise and the service that you receive will differ from one CrossFit gym to the next. Trainer experience/education, equipment and size of facility are all important factors in choosing the right gym. Even if we are not your closest affiliate, we encourage you to try us out as a comparison and we are confident that the level of service provided will make it worth the extra few minutes drive each day.
Getting started with CrossFit CrossAxed is easy. You do not need to be fit or have any prior training experience to get involved. Our client base includes retired Grandmas, Professional Footballers and everything in between. The common bond between all of our athletes is that they gain satisfaction from improving their physical ability.
One of the first things you are likely to notice is that we don’t look like a modern franchise gym. We don’t have any machines or treadmills and there are no mirrors on the wall. We prefer to use our bodies in the way they evolved by employing functional, real life movements. At CrossFit CrossAxed we train hard, we sweat, we know each other by first name and we share a camerarderie more like that of a sporting team than a ‘modern’ gym.
